When I try to register my account, it says someone is already using my email address. No problem, I go to reset it but when I enter my email address it says "An error occurred. Please try again."

I had the same thing in my case it was because the user name was already in use as opposed to the email.

Same thing here. First time it says that my username was already taken, which i believe was true since it was a pretty common one. But then, when i try another username, it says somebody is already using my email adress. I tried to reset the application, same problem. I can't create an account.
There is a known bug where the app alerts you of taken email address even though it was the user name that was unavailable. This will be fixed in the next release. In the meantime, try a new username. Thanks.

i use a diff email and it tells me that one is in use too.
haven't got error message or anything about username. just email address is already taken regardless of which one i use to sign up with.
